Here are some fun things that I have been doing to try to make things easier to understand. I have been calling my approach to function “Digestible Anatomy”, for many years.

The challenge of life is adapting to change. When our clients come to Pilates they are looking for ways to update the way they engage in physical embodiment. The outside may reflect the inner awareness, but that is not what is important about this process. Inner change in all realm of life will reflect in how we become part of conscious participation of humanity.

The pandemic occurred during the time that my husband, friend and partner of 30 years completed his journey. I am learning to live in a relationship on one. This was and is not easy.

I did not retire from Pilates. I needed to meditate on how my experience could most benefit my continued growth and progress. What was the most important contribution that I could make to honor my husband and all of the clients and teachers who graced me. What could I do to make meaning of my time?

I have decided that running a client business is something that I did and enjoyed immensely. Now it is time to focus on passing the Pilates lineage and my journey to teachers. I have Zoom classes, travel to teach my Pilates Conservatory (R) program, and present at conferences.
