Meet a Miami boy born & bred, so you know he was family the minute he stepped into the studio. John is out here showing up in a BIG way for the community & he needs our help!
This June, John will be kayaking 160+ miles from Miami to Key West with Castaways Against Cancer raising funds for cancer research. This cause is deeply personal to him, paddling in honor of his dad, who passed away from colon cancer in 2021, and for so many others—family, friends, and loved ones—who have fought this battle.
💰Every dollar raised will be matched at 50 cents on the dollar—that means your donation goes even further!

We’re turning the studio into a full-on Miami takeover on March 5 with a TOTAL BODY CARDIO party that hits HARDER than a double shot of cafecito! 💃🔥
☀️ MORNING CLASSES (6:30 AM & 8:30 AM) – “TTL BOD PWRD BY: CROQUETAS Y CAFECITO”
Wake up con tremenda energía! We’re talkin’ abuelita blasting salsa while brewing cafecito, early morning rollerblades on Ocean Drive, and that first bite of a warm croqueta. The playlist? Pure Miami sunshine. The vibes? Immaculate. And yes, cafecito y croquetas ON DECK post-workout!
🌙 EVENING CLASS (5:30 PM) – “EN EL CLUB”
Dale, que la noche es joven! We’re hitting that workout like it’s last call at LIV. Expect Pitbull, Bad Bunny, reggaeton classics, and straight-up bottle service hype. This class is hot, sweaty, and straight-up fuego. After? We got Miami-themed mocktails to keep the party going—sin la resaca.
