Three generations. One kitchen.
In 1970, my grandparents arrived from Thailand with nothing but a dream. In 1998, that dream became our first restaurant. I grew up on the dining room floor — my first job at 8 was bussing tables and washing dishes.
I watched my family sacrifice everything to chase a nickel on every dollar. Reveal was built so the next family doesn't have to carry that cycle alone.
