Let’s Bootystrap this! I did it a little different, my bench is angled at 45 degrees, I’m placing the strap just above my knee and just below and using the bench to push against with my feet. While they have their bench more upright, strap is at the ankle position and feet are in the air! Be creative and try out what’s works for you! I’m using a crossover method and placement of cable tower is about head level while sitting. #🍑strap #🍑nation #🍑🍑 check out Yumon “3D” Eaton for more unique exercises!
