Officially a NASM certified nutrition coach!!!

When I first started personal training in March 2023 I had a basic understanding of nutrition. Over time hands on experience and in house certifications helped me grow but one thing became clear immediately, nutrition is where most people struggle!

While “calories in vs calories out” is the foundation it barely scratches the surface. Nutrition is deeply tied to psychology, habits, daily routines, and science. On top of that social media is flooded with more misinformation and diet myths than ever!

I hate not having the answers when my clients come to me with questions and I refuse to give surface level advice. I knew the best way to serve my clients was to earn the gold standard in nutrition education!

This was easily one of the most challenging certifications I’ve ever completed. Balancing studying with work, taking care of my family, and training for my own marathon, Hyrox, and powerlifting goals was no joke! But I’m so proud I pushed through!

Now I’m fully equipped to help my clients build sustainable, lifelong habits that actually fit their lives! No fad diets and no guesswork!

To my clients, your questions motivated me to do this. Thank you for constantly pushing me to grow!
