🏆🏆CCAC CHAMPS🏆🏆

We did a thing this past weekend!!

Men and Women sweep the CCAC crowns again! This is four years straight for the Men and the Women won for the SIXTEENTH straight year!

The women complete the triple crown (winning cross country, indoor and outdoor track) for the 2nd year in a row, something that has never been done before in CCAC history!!

Teleyah Covington and Noah Mack were both named MVP of the meet, Coach Zontavius Johnson was named men’s assistant coach of the year, and head coach Kyle Rago was named men’s and women’s coach if the year.

What a meet!! Both teams continue to set the standard for Track and Field in the CCAC.

Women’s 4x400 of Carsyn Burdine, Kristen Garth, Olivia Lentz and Teleyah Covington breaks the school record with a strong, composed race, clocking 3:42.75 and setting a new mark.

This mark is currently the fastest time in the entire NAIA ranking # 1 in the nation!

Men’s 4x400 of Eric White, Noah Mack, Connor Price and Darrin Dussett take down the school record with a complete effort across all four legs, putting together a race that resets the standard at 3:12.53!

This mark currently sits at 9th in the nation!

Haylee Whitcraft throws 44.35m in Javelin at Drake Relays to finish 5th over all!

That throw gets her an automatic A standard to the national meet as the #2 throw in the nation!

Distance night at the Drake Relays did not disappoint!!!

Meanwhile the mens 4x8 breaks the outdoor school record and qualifies for Nationals!!

Great to see the ONU Women still hold the college division DMR meet record!!
