A lot of parents want to take better care of themselves, but it’s hard when everyone else’s needs come first.
Here are 3 simple ways to start without overhauling your whole life:
🚶 Start with one non-negotiable movement habit.
Pick one thing you can do today. A walk, 10 minutes of stretching, or one workout. Small still counts.
📅 Put your workouts on the calendar like an appointment.
Do not wait until you “find time.” Choose 1-2 times this week and protect them the same way you would anything else important.
💪 Make the plan simple enough to repeat.
