SUMMER DAY CAMPS AT STARZ ELITE

Joining a gymnastics team can indeed present a variety of challenges that can help enhance both physical and mental acuity. Gymnastics demands a high level of focus, discipline, and determination, which can translate into improved cognitive abilities. The sport requires athletes to memorize complex routines, develop spatial awareness, and engage in critical thinking to execute precise movements. These mental exercises can sharpen problem-solving skills and boost brain function. Additionally, the teamwork aspect of being part of a gymnastics team fosters collaboration, communication, and emotional intelligence. By overcoming the physical and mental hurdles of gymnastics, you not only build a stronger body but also cultivate a sharper, more resilient mind.

NEW STUDENTS WELCOME!!! Open gym IS OPEN FOR ALL. BURN OFF THAT SUMMER ENERGY :) Cost is $20 preregistered, $25 at door. No food or drink except bottled water with lid may be brought to this event. Students 6 and up may be dropped off, preschool students must have parent present. All parents are welcome to stay, no parents, no unregistered siblings or friends may be on equipment. There is a $15 late pickup fee after 9:10pm, so please do not pick your child up late! We must have a minimum of 5 girls enrolled or we will have to cancel the event, So be sure to sign up if you plan to join us! UPCOMING DATES: MAY 29TH, JUNE 5TH, JUNE 12TH
