🚨Good Afternoon, Members!🚨

The season has begun and we are finding pool toys being left in the pool.

Friendly reminder:
In past years, objects have been sucked into drains causing the pool pump to malfunction thus causing a shutdown of the pool temporarily and chemical imbalances due to shutdown - both of which are costly and damaging to the pool.

***Please be sure that your children are retrieving all pool toys from the pool when exiting the pool for the day.***

Along with the new pavilion, we’ve also updated our pool signage to make the rules clearer for you and your guests. 🙂

We’re excited for the rain to move out so we can all enjoy some time together at the pool.

Pool party slots are filling up quickly — only a few dates remain, so be sure to reserve your spot soon!

A huge thank‑you to our fellow Board Members for coming out last Saturday to prep the area, add finishing touches, and clean up the grounds so we can offer a safe and fun experience for everyone!

Good Evening, Members! WHSC Visitor Pass Update 🌊 (2026 Season)

Our new laminated, numbered visitor passes are here for the 2026 season!

• Passes required for all guests (ages 4 & under do NOT need a pass)

• Buy in advance (email board @ [email protected]), from board members, or on‑site with lifeguards

• $5 cash or $6 Venmo (show proof for Venmo)

• Lifeguards issue passes during hourly breaks + give a daily wristband

• If no guards on duty, use the Black Cash Box + paper form near women’s restroom

Discount bundles:
- 5 for $20 ($25 Venmo)
- 10 for $40 ($45 Venmo)

• Passes are final sale and should be used this season

• If ending membership, return unused passes + key fob for full deposit refund

Reminder any payments collected for renewal fees (Venmo today forward or post marked after 5/17) a $50 late fee will be required to complete transaction.

We’re excited to share a fresh upgrade at Whispering Hills Swim Club — our new and improved gazebo area is officially installed!

It’s the perfect shady spot for members, visitors, and even our hardworking lifeguards to cool off when they need a break from the sun. Come check it out next time you’re at the pool and enjoy a little extra comfort during your summer days with us.

Huge thanks to the men on our Board who made this happen! Extend a thank you to these fella’s when you get a chance - Alex, Joe, Robert, Scott, Tom - we are grateful for all that you do!
