FYI not sure of location for kickboxing this summer since the Presbyterian church decided last minute to charge me $100 for holding my class there. Maybe they didn't like my clean hip hop music 🤷‍♀️

Hi Fierce Kickboxing family. It's been a rough little bit with sick kids and me being sick. At the dr again with my little one. I could always do better but this is why i do what I do. Don't take your health for granted. Movement is a blessing!
