Camp Fitter Faster Funner 2016 was a HUGE success! We focused on skill related fitness drills such as agility and reaction time, health related fitness skills - cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and balance. We also learned to make healthier food choices by learning how to interpret food labels and making a healthier version on chicken salad using Greek yogurt.
