Athletes will work on:
• Increasing whole-body strength
• Improving speed and acceleration
• Developing agility and quickness
• Enhancing jump height and explosive power
• Building balance, coordination, and body awareness
• Learning proper movement mechanics that can help decrease the likelihood of injury

Many youth athletes spend countless hours practicing their sport but very little time developing the physical foundation necessary to perform at their highest level. This camp is designed to help bridge that gap.

Whether your athlete participates in soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, football, track, gymnastics, or another sport, the skills developed in this camp transfer across nearly every athletic activity.

📅 June 17 – July 31, 2026
⏰ 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
📍 Boyne City Middle School Soccer Practice Field
🔥 For all 7th-12th graders

Investment:
• Regular Registration: $140 per athlete
