Consistency doesn’t mean doing the same thing every day.

It’s learning to be flexible without quitting.

Strong glutes are about so much more than appearance—they support your hips, protect your knees and lower back, improve balance, and help you move with more power.

These landmine donkey kickbacks are a great example of training the entire body to work together. The kickback targets the upper glute, while the split stance challenges your core, hips, shoulders, and standing leg to stabilize and resist rotation.

It’s not always about lifting heavier. Sometimes the movements that challenge your balance and expose your weaknesses are exactly the ones you need most.

Train for strength. Train for stability. Train to keep doing everything you love. 💪
