Never did get the checkered flag but never did come in last

I was hoping to get 2025 pushed out of the way. It’s a never ending business of highs and lows. would have been right there to help on this one. I miss him. Talking about the boat and the bite. He understood the business, the necessary grind. It’s more than fishing. Luckily boats can be fixed, and I’ll be out on the rip soon enough.

Several months ago I took a serious fall into the engine room of the Labrador. Surgery was eventually required along with a lengthy recovery time. HOWEVER, I’ll happily be returning to the helm in the next week or so. My happy and safe place. A place where I’ve been told by my closest people I’m a totally different person, in a good way. Captain Chris has been doing a great job at the wheel with the help of our new mate .fishes05 I just can’t wait to take ya’ll fishing as the upcoming winter season approaches. Chris and I have aggressively been booking trips from thanksgiving through the new year.
