Now doing stretch classes, fully certified as an instructor. $30 a session or buy a pack and save some money, the more you buy the cheaper it gets. Home visits also available.

When WE are unbalanced, the horse then adapts, compensating for our shortfalls which then causes him or her their own set of issues.
As a massage therapist to horse and humans I see this a lot which is why I got into Pilates in the first place.

Classes are running on Monday, Tuesday and Saturdays at 11am
please contact me if you have a group that would like a different time or day and if I can accommodate I will.
Price is $20 per session individual classes can be arranged.
