MUSHIN
Mushin "no mind," is a Japanese Zen/martial arts concept describing a state of mind free from thought, ego, fear, or anger, allowing for intuitive, spontaneous action, like a mirror reflecting without judgment or a trained fighter reacting instantly without overthinking. It's a peak mental state where the mind is empty yet fully present, enabling peak performance in combat, art, or daily tasks, similar to the "flow state" or being "in the zone".
