New Exterior Paint Job

Today we got all new mulch around the building and the flowering plants are finally making an appearance. 🌷

I would like to start off by thanking all of our members, supporters, and all of my training clients who have supported Fluid Motion Fitness over the last two years. Thank you!!!

Our cardio overhaul is finally complete! We just recently added 3 brand-new Precor Treadmills! In addition, we have also equipped the gym with a Nordic Track IFIT Treadmill, Peleton, Nordic Track IFIT Recumbent Bike, and a Concept Rower. We have also added all new Smart TV's w full cable and Bluetooth connectivity. Things are looking good!

So far this fall we have added new custom blinds, a new NordicTrack Treadmill, a Peloton, an Elkay Bottle Filler, new kettlebells, and much more. Come check it out!
