"Who are you up against, that you can't win?"
🤗The Self is my greatest opponent. Especially in the midst of a depressing mind sh*t-storm💩.
🧱 The depressed mind is hard to beat. I would prefer to fight a real lion or dig for life in an Avalanche situation. I prefer the physical fight over the mental fight any day!
But "hard to beat" IS NORMAL. 😬CAUSE NOTHING IS EASY! EVERYTHING IS DIFFICULT.😉 Marketing, lions, marriage, mountains...all difficult and all possible to beat! Therefore, depression is possible to beat!
Today, I won the battle! 🎉
I used the breath to change the body, I put myself in a new environment, breathing fresh clean air, and breathing as I talked to all the friendly people also skiing.
It was an intense, hard battle, and through the struggle I found joy in the moment! Extreme joy!!
🙏 wherever you are in the journey, I pray for you to keep breathing, to change your body, to change your mind, to change your heart so that you too can find joy in the moment.

Our mission is to add outdoor recreation in high density cities.
We see the failures of the Live-Work-Play model!
We have a very different plan!
Here's an example of failures that will last a generation or more. Maybe these short sightings and high investments are the cause of riots, poverty, plight, and other negative forces in your neighborhood. Rents never adjust down during depressed economic times (well, once doesn't count!).
"Rents at the development are set to range from $1,400 to $2,800 - out of reach for most locals, Wagoner says - while the developers are seeking a $20m, thirty-year tax abatement.
"They're (the developers) using our tax dollars to build this development, and we can't afford to live (here). The average person can't afford to live in there," he says, pointing to the site.

The marginalisation black residents felt and experienced at the hands of law enforcement most infamously two decades ago still persists. Cincinnati Black Lives Matters protests were prominent in Over-The-Rhine last summer."
Over-The-Rhine: Is this a model for urban renewal or a warning sign?
In Cincinnati's Over-The-Rhine neighbourhood, does urban revitalisation come at a cost?

I love making friends at the trailhead. Taking the time to meet other people that enjoy the same thing as me....now that's a great moment!
Coldest day of my year. Hand warmers were the best idea ever! Frozen toes!🥶🧊
We did so much, just for coffee in the afternoon 👹🤣

Living between a rock and a hard place is life. Exercising strength and flexibility amongst oppression, rejection, Marxism, Communism, divorce, and inner demon voices...now that is strength!
Yoga is taught and a practice.
Freedom is taught and a practice.
The greatest gift you can give another is teaching them the practice of being free. Truly not everyone has been taught how to be free!
Staring abusers, bullies, oppressor, mean people, different people directly in the face and then acting with free will is practicing freedom. It's courage, boldness, confidence, and empowerment.
🕯️ Only you can save yourself. Only you can own your feelings. Only you can hold that emotion. Only you can bend your body, stretch the mind, accept and reject the idea.
🎫 Freedom is mine! Outside, inside, physically, mentally, religious, education, fashion, sexuality, theory, choice.
🙏 Today, I wish for you to deep own the feeling of freedom, to break free from peer pressure, to break away from power and influence. I pray that you know that no one, not even the Federal govt, can make you do anything! I pray you practice freedom and share it with others.

During my search for partners and funding for outdoor recreation in high density cities from 2015-2018 I was constantly asked about PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS. My reply...
"The Government has the longest track record of being the worst partner in outdoor recreation and would be the biggest risk to my business and investors"
The government is not tasked with providing entertainment or recreation. One time, long ago, they put aside the most beautiful land to be shared and preserved. From that moment, like all other private businesses that spawned from the government taking on the initial overwhelming solution it is up to the citizen to advance to the next level.
I attempted just that!
For instance: The government started the Postal Service. The private citizen started FedEx.
Citizens, Consumers, Entrepreneurs, Investors must ask themselves what kind of opportunities do we want for ourselves and economy?

I'm not a fan of non-profits because I need the economy to incur profits and pay taxes but here's a resource about current park closures.
