👟 Clean and dry shoes only. Please bring workout shoes to change into. Wet floors are slick floors & dangerous to participants
🪩 Arrive anytime after 1:15/1:20pm. Doors remain locked until then

There is still time to sign up to join us. Today is a bit special as we are learning a new routine AND, for those interested, after our cardio set we will do a quick ‘core workout. (This is optional. Want to stay? Bring your own exercise mat and join in. 7-10 minutes of core) 😉
