Attention golfers and non-golfers- The beautiful weather is here and the Greens of Manatee Golf Course is in great shape. For the golfers, the Summer Rate for golf begins May 1st. RIDE (18 Holes, all day), $27.00, WALK (18 Holes, all day) $22.00. For golfers and non-golfers, it will be business as usual in the Clubhouse. Stop over for a bite to eat and a cold drink. As a reminder, there is only 1 scramble per month during the summer. May scramble is on the 9th and the rest are on the 4th Saturday of the month. The scrambles are open to golfers of every skill level and are a great couples event. Stop over to the Clubhouse and sign up for a great Saturday morning of fun and friends. Golf Lakes Men's Golf League winners announced. After an exciting playoff between the Fall league winners (Lyndell Bird / Bob Seekamp), and the Winter league winners (Mickey Strang / Dave Fitsimmons), Lyndell and Bob captured the Golf Lakes 2025 /2026 league championship. CONGRATULATIONS and a "Big Thanks" to everyone at the Greens of Manatee for another great golf season.

Men's Monday Morning Golf League season at the Greens of Manatee has come to an end. Best sure to congratulate the following winners and keep an eye out for the infamous "Championship Round" to be played in the near future.

The course has lost a great friend a loving father and a true supporter of the Greens of Manatee. Please join in honoring the deceased and supporting the bereaved. It is a time for sharing memories and providing comfort to the family.

LAST MINUTE REMINDER- There is still time to sign up for the Veterans Appreciation golf outing this Saturday March 7th. This is a scramble format with shotgun start at 8:30. The event is open to everyone (not just guys) and all skill levels are welcome. This is intended to be a fun filled event with plenty of food and lots of prizes. The $50 fee covers greens fee, food and prizes so SIGN UP NOW in the GL or the golf course Clubhouse. Questions call Duane Frederick or Terry Keller.

DON'T MISS OUT- VETERANS APPRECIATION GOLF SCRAMBLE - Be sure to sign up for the 2nd Annual Veterans Appreciation Scramble this coming Saturday March 7th. Sign-ups are in the Greens of Manatee clubhouse, the clubhouses in surrounding parks or just call Duane at (860)458-9225. This is a fun scramble for all skill levels, plenty of food and prizes. Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be nice. Get your golfing in before the next cold front Tuesday. A short lived cold spell we hope.

We will open Tuesday after the course is checked for frost. The clubhouse will open around 8:00AM.

Our next few days will look like this:
Saturday we will open at daybreak and allow tee times and Range till 10:30.
Sunday we will be CLOSED
Monday we will be CLOSED
Tuesday we hope to open after a frost check.
