September 1st marked ONE YEAR of ownership here at the Studio! 🍾🎉
We really can’t believe how quickly this year has gone by.
When we started this journey, our goal was to create more than just a place to work out.  We wanted to create a space that felt like home, a place where you could have fun, meet like-minded people, prioritize your health, and actually look forward to your next workout with us.

Looking back, we feel like we’ve accomplished that and so much more.  We’ve completely updated the studio, built an incredible community, made some amazing friendships, and had the privilege of watching so many of you reach incredible milestones, make huge changes in your health and fitness, and truly transform your lives.

We are so honored to be a small part of your journey and incredibly grateful that you choose to walk through our doors and spend 45 minutes with us.

To every member and guest who has walked through our doors over the past year, THANK YOU!  None of this would be possible without you! We love the community we have built and we absolutely believe we have the BEST Members F45 has seen! We’re excited for what the next year will bring and are committed to continuing to grow, improve, and provide you with the best possible experience every time you walk through our doors.
