We would like to formally introduce to you the newest trainer to hit our regular schedule! Michelle McMath will be training several of the midday classes, as well as rotating every other Thursday and Friday evening.
“Movement has been my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. My fitness journey took off at age 7 with 13-years of cheerleading that carried me all the way through college. When my cheering days ended, my passion for movement didn't stop—I dove straight into group fitness in 1991 and have been leading classes ever since. In 2008, I expanded into personal training, coaching individuals and large groups in functional strength. Today, I am incredibly proud to be part of the F45 Training family! My ultimate mission is to help our community discover the joy of getting strong, moving with purpose, and living healthier lives! Certifications: NASM CPT, NASM Nutrition, AFAA GF, FiTour GF, Kettlebell Concepts, TRX Functional Movement, Spinning, AEA Aqua Fitness, and numerous Les Mills Programs.”
