Meet The Team | Lauren Satnick - Co Founder

Lauren became an operator at an early age, working in her parents’ clothing stores and running her own pop-up shops throughout high school and college.

She holds an MBA and has spent the last 10 years working with founders in hospitality and emerging technology.

Building Paragon alongside Tyler and helping bring his dream to life has been the highlight of her career.

Meet The Team | Tyler Satnick - Founder & Head Trainer

Tyler has been a personal trainer for over 15 years. He’s worked across the country for nearly every major gym brand and spent a number of years at high-end private gyms in NYC. Most importantly, each phase of his career has been a full-scale investment on every level to offer the best training experience possible. This includes thousands of hours processing scientific research, learning from and collaborating with top educators, and putting it into practice with himself and his clients.

You will be hard-pressed to find a trainer with higher standards and dedication to their craft.

At Paragon we prefer to limit the randomness in our training decisions so we don’t get randomness in our outcomes/results.

Knowing what you’re doing ultimately comes down to understanding the variables you have chosen in an exercise and being intentional with them.

Ignoring these variables doesn’t make them go away and truly understanding them can be the difference between success and failure.
