Our Orange County studio in San Juan Capistrano has been evacuated as the Norte Fire affects the surrounding community. Our hearts are with our team, our members and every family facing the uncertainty of leaving home.

From our Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Tampa community, we’re sending so much love. Please join our entire Mantra family in praying for everyone’s safety and for the fire to be contained soon.

This Monday, a dream close to our hearts takes its first step. 💙

Our first Mantra Movement Project “Pilates with a Purpose” class is coming to the Boys & Girls Club in Sarasota, bringing health and wellness to the youth of our community.

Through Pilates and positive mantras, we want young people to discover how strong they are and carry that belief beyond the mat.

“My body can do amazing things.”
“I am strong inside and out.”

Every child deserves the chance to experience movement that supports their body and helps them feel good about who they are. I’m so excited to share what we’ve built at Mantra with the next generation.

Join us Monday, October 12 at 12 PM for 30 minutes of Mat Pilates, followed by a Q&A with local business owners.
