It’s official! Your Round 3 CHAMPIONS of The Florida Man Games!
Their lead changes with the defending champs were legendary!
Round 1, Naked Rampage gave us the first look at Freedom Factory’s strategic skills as coached .garzaa on which targets were highest value, and he zeroed in on them, even recovering from a fall, which was tough while being hog tied.
Defending Champs Hanky Spanky’s teamwork shined in this event too, as their strategy was similar
Both teams racked up big points in this round, Freedom Factory having a slight edge.
Round 2: Bullwhips & Bad Decisions,
Hanky Spanky whipped all the cans off their opponents, while left one remaining on his opponent. Hanky Spanky beats Freedom Factory in points, 13-12
Round 3: Deer D**g Beer B**g,
Team Freedom Factory and Hanky Spanky both defeated their opponents, giving them 5pts each
Round 4: Taser Tag,
Cleetus shows some big balls getting in the octagon for this one, and ends up tased in those balls. Cleetus goes out early, Hanky Spanky survives longer and earns more points than FF in teaser tag.
Round 5: Grocery Aisle Brawl,
And a BRAWL it was!!!!!
Team Freedom Factory fought hard with and a member of team Zombies trading big blows. Zombies racked up heavy penalties for holding/flipping the cart. This was a 2:00 timed event, meaning it was scored as a time trial, first place overall got 15 pts, on down to last getting 0pts. The tough break for Hanky Spanky was a fighting disqualification on their opponent. In this case team Trash Pandas forfeited the total points from the items in their cart to team Hanky Spanky, who only had a box of beer in their cart. The combined total of each cart however still left them in last place in this event.
Team Freedom Factory was in the middle of the pack, scoring 11 points overall in this match.
Round 6: Evading Arrest Obstacle Course,
Hanky Spanky is at 68 total points, Team Freedom Factory had 81 points. Winner gets 15 points. Hanky Spanky is in it and Calvin is 2x undefeated champ. In the end Cleetus got farther from the SWAT team than Calvin.
