WOW! Who would have thought that I would sell the barn in a week and close shortly thereafter. What wonderful memories I will always have of Gratton-Brown!

The exciting news is that GBEC will remain an equestrian barn, and there is a great trainer (Katie Sparks Morano) who will be there full time. I wish Katie the very best in her new venture, and I'll see everyone at the shows with my new group from Kris Di Carlo Equestrian :-)

So after purchasing the barn 10 years ago, Gratton-Brown Equestrian will be listed for sale soon! Oscar who has been with me for over 5 years, has a wonderful opportunity in Ocala, so he will be moving on. The timing seems right so all my wonderful boarders will be finding new barns, as well as myself. I’m going to retire my wonderful Max, and am looking for that special retirement home, if anyone has suggestions.

I’m excited to be moving Levi to Kris DiCarlo’s barn. Kris and I worked together years ago so I’m looking forward to it. If anyone is interested in purchasing GBEC, and/or knows a retirement home for Max, please PM me! Here’s to the future!!! 🤗❣️

ISO Long term, experienced barn manager/lead groom for private show barn in Bradenton, FL.
Duties include but are not limited to:
feeding, turn in/out, cleaning stalls (with another person), watering, cleaning buckets, pastures etc... must have references. Six days per week.

Salary plus housing provided (2bd. 1bth)
Dependability a must!

Full Time Lead Groom/Barn Manager needed -

Great place to work, and to call your own...looking for long term "team" barn manager.

Must be experience in working with horses, and managing part time stable hands. Job consists of, cleaning stalls, watering, turnout of horses, clipping, tacking up full care horses, night check, etc. Needed six days per week with Monday off. One week paid vacation after one year.

Need to be able to work well with trainer, and a people person for the clients.

Compensation: Weekly pay, based on experience (range provided in job posting)

AND housing (includes electric, water). 2 bedroom/1 bath
