Given a shout out to my friend and Clearwater FD's newest firefighter . My man came to me earlier this year facing a meniscus injury and knee surgery and set his sights on stepping on stage. We had a full 12 weeks to prepare and I believe we nailed it for his first show! Crushed his presentation, crushed his condition, and carried a ton of mature muscle on stage that really set his physique apart.

Announcing our third FREE Posing Workshop with and bodybuilding legend along with PCA Pro (that's me). Wednesday June 14th here in Asgard.

Welcoming current and aspiring competitors from all federationa, skill levels, and men's/women's classes. This is a 2-hour, fully immersive and hands on posing class. We will cover quarter turns, all mandatory poses, and learn insight on what a PCA judge looks for when critiquing your physique and presentation on stage. You don't want to miss this one, ladies and gents!

To many, today may just be another lazy Sunday. However to our sons and daughters, today is a day which means EVERYTHING. Father's Day. When each family's namesake takes the spotlight for 24 hours to guide their children to be greater than they ever were.

The most evident sign of a great Father is in the success and nobility of their sons and daughters. Raising the next generation to be respectful, grounded, without hate and prejudice in their hearts, and with a tireless spirit to continually strive for greatness.

Let us raise our tankards and consume unfathomable quantities of mead to the patriarchs in every household who have made this country great 🍻🍻🍻
