Building a Pool on Siesta Key Beach 🌴

Siesta Key views and a brand-new backyard transformation underway. The team just wrapped up excavation and rebar for our Hermes model, setting the foundation for what’s going to be an incredible pool build.

No cage on this one — instead we’re installing a sleek automatic cover that keeps the clean, open beachside look while adding safety and convenience.

From sand to luxury… this Siesta Key backyard is about to turn into something special.

What’s Beneath the Surface of a Luxury Pool? 👀

Most people see the finished pool… but the real magic happens before the concrete ever goes in.

Today we’re back in Esplanade at Artisan Lakes where the team is installing the plumbing for this build. Every feature you see in a finished pool — the waterfalls, bubblers, spa jets, skimmers, and returns — requires its own dedicated plumbing lines.

That means dozens of pipes carefully laid out underground to make sure the pool runs efficiently and every water feature flows perfectly.

This is the stage most homeowners never get to see… but it’s one of the most important parts of building a pool the right way.

Athena Pool Progress in Star Farms 🔥

Big progress on our Athena model here in Star Farms, Lakewood Ranch. The team is installing the coping and tile, and the spa is starting to take shape. You can now really see where the waterfalls will cascade into the pool, and this backyard is about to transform fast.

Next up: pavers going in, which is when everything really starts coming together. Stay tuned — this Athena is going to be a showstopper.
