“Hi, I’m Cheyenne! I was born and raised in Florida. A friend convinced me to try Pilates, and I honestly didn’t expect to love it as much as I did. I loved that it challenged me in a completely different way, and after about a year, I could really see and feel how much stronger I had become.

BODYBAR quickly became one of my favorite places to work out because of how welcoming and encouraging the environment is. I’m excited to now be on the other side of class and hopefully help others find that same love for it!”
