Parents, are you falling for any of these college recruiting myths? 👀

❌ MYTH #1: Every recruiting process is the same.
✅ Not one family has had the exact same experience. Keep it personal and lay the groundwork that fits your athlete’s goals.

❌ MYTH #2: Recruiting starts junior year.

Putting together your highlight video? 🎥 Here’s what to know if you want to catch a coach's attention!

✅ Don’t stress about the music. Coaches don't care. Most watch on mute 🔇
✅ Think of your highlight video like a movie trailer, not a full movie. 🎬
✅ Sequence your best plays right at the beginning. Capture their attention in the first 30 seconds.

A great highlight video is about making it easy for a college coach to say, “I want to see more.”
