Footsteps Adventure Camp

Hey Footsteppers.

Sorry for the late response to you all regarding camp this summer. Wanted to see if I could make things work, but I think I was just putting off the inevitable. 
Unfortunately, having to manage things on my own this year cut our numbers in half. Insurance costs not dropping and I’m really busy with my other coaching responsibilities. Sadly this means we have to hit the pause button for camp this summer.
For 16 summers it’s been a blast and we’ve enjoyed taking the kids on mini local adventures. I’ve always been honored to serve our local community and to give them something different. I’ll be sad not to carry that on this year but hope everyone can look back on some really fun summers over the years.
Hopefully we can get back to it next year, all the best and good luck with your own adventures for 2025 and thanks all for your support in keeping it alive.

Footsteps Out

It’s been a great week so far. Kids getting scraped and banged up in adventurous play. Just how it should be😜 Awesome group of kids who are up for anything, from Geocaching to hitting jumps on bikes and reeling in trout. Footsteping all the way 👣 💪

Not a big day on the water but we are getting some nibbles!

Due to weather Fishing will now be on Friday. Tomorrow we are Archery/Airsoft and Creek Stomping!

Good opening days at camp. Fun geocaching and tubing. Summer is in session 🌞 💪

Session 1 kicks off tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing some old faces for their last year footstepping!
Don’t forget stuff to trade and make sure bug spray and sunscreen is packed!
As usual, packed lunch with a drink. If you bring a refillable bottle, we carry a 5gal cooler of water.
We’ll be hitting the trails so good walking shoes/sneakers. No crocs or flip flops!!!
See you at the park 8:30am. Pick up is at 4pm, same place.

What’s up Footsteppers…

Sorry it’s been so long. Matt and I have been crazy busy and had a hard to time getting together to plan out some weeks for this summer. But alas, we’ve done it again 💪
Unfortunately, we’ll only be offering 2wks this summer and it will be strictly for 5th -8th grade. No younger group this year, sorry to disappoint.

This weeks dates are:
Session 1 June 3rd-7th
Session 2 July 29-Aug 3rd

Returning campers from last summer please check your inbox for more info and registration. Email went out tonight. Please return registration and payment, along with waiver and med form.

As usual, we operate on first come first serve. So don’t wait. Next week we’ll open it up to new families if we have space left. If you’re a new family and interested in camp please leave a comment below with your email.
