MN/USA Wrestling is putting together girls teams to compete at the 2026 Midwest Mat of Dreams Preseason Girls Dual Team Tournament on October 10-11, 2026 in Coralville, IA. We will be taking 1 Youth Team (K-8th grade) and 1 High School Team (9th-12th grade)

MUST have a valid USA Wrestling membership/card to participate.

JPS Backyard Camp is more than a day of wrestling—it's a family experience. Wrestlers will spend the day developing technique, drilling, competing in live wrestling, and enjoying games Then, from 1-3, the whole family is invited to to create a beautiful hand-picked bouquet right at camp!

The North Star Tournament returns Sunday, October 18 at Anoka High School for a great preseason day of folkstyle wrestling. This is the perfect opportunity to shake off the rust, get your lungs burning, and see where your offseason work has taken you.

Whether you’ve been grinding all offseason or still have some work to do before the regular season arrives, the North Star Tournament is a great way to test yourself, assess where you’re at, and find out what you need to work on next.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All wrestlers MUST have a 2027 USA Wrestling Athlete Card to participate. The 2027 USA Wrestling membership system will open before the end of August.
