Optimum Time Equestrian is in search of 1-2 reliable, motivated people to join our growing team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being around horses, takes pride in doing things correctly, and wants to become more involved in a professional equestrian program.

Typical daily responsibilities will include feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, horse care, barn upkeep, and helping with the general operation of the facility.

However, this opportunity can be much more than just barn chores! There is significant room for growth for the right person…with opportunities to ride, compete, assist with training, help with lessons, and take on additional responsibilities within the program as your experience and abilities develop.

✨ Compensation is flexible and may include:
• Pay
• Lessons and/or training
• Board for one horse
• Or a combination, depending on experience, needs, and responsibilities

We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, eager to learn, and genuinely passionate about horses. Previous experience is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic are just as important.

Carlie Bouvier and Anna kicking off a great start to a fun week at The Sussex County Horse Show! Keep an eye out for quite a few more TFH alumni competing with us this week 💞

Anna Rocks is a queen! 💞 She won the TB Hunter under saddle class, and more good ribbons in the 2 over fences today. At the Sussex Fair USEF A Rated show

The Optimum Time Equestrian team had another great show weekend at !

On Saturday:
🧡 Megan rode Noor’s Dangnabbit in the 2’ Thoroughbred hunters, placing 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, and 4th, scoring a 78 in their classic rounds
💙 Lindsay and her own Secret Alliance aka Draco competed in the Crossrail jumpers. This was Draco’s first show, and the team took home 1st, 1st and 2nd place…finishing champion!
🤍 Saffron and Little Man were champion of the 2’ jumpers
🩵 Kristin and OTE Make A Splash also had great rounds and ribbons in the 2’ jumpers, braving the rain for a great day
💛 Emma and Anna Rocks placed 1st, 3rd and 4th in the Itty Bitty Jumpers, this team gets better with every outing!
💅🏼 Kristen and Mani Pedi had quick and clear rounds in the .80 jumpers, taking home good ribbons in every class against a competitive group!
🤎 Saffron and Zalkyrie also had great rides in the .80 jumpers

Sunday was disco derby day 🕺🏽🪩
💛 Megan piloted Anna Rocks around her first derby, placing 7th in the 2’ group!
🩵 Saffron had the ride on OTE Make A Splash in the 2’ derby. They finished 12th, not bad for the first time this pair has worked together!
🧡 Noor and her own Dangnabbit had outstanding rides in the 18” derby with impressive scores of 80, earning them a 3rd place finish in a large and competitive group! We are all so thrilled to see how much this pair has grown together!
💜 Megan and Linkous T finished up the weekend with a win 🥇 in the 2’6/3’ combined derby, with nice scores against a competitive group of horses and riders.

Congratulations everyone!! So proud of this team and looking forward to gearing up for fair week.

Winnin’onweekends - 16.2h 2020 gelding, by Liam’s Map out of a S**t Daddy mare

Recapping another awesome show at with the team!

Morgan and Mani Pedi started out the day in the 2’3 Thoroughbred Hunters, putting in nice rides and taking home ribbons in every class! 💅🏼

Sam and Goose were next in the crossrail jumpers, finishing their day as Grand Champion with a 1st, 2nd and 1st! 💙💛❤️

Saffron and WT Mercury had a clean sweep of the .60 jumpers 💙💛❤️

Emma and Anna Rocks tried their hand in the .70 jumpers, placing in all 3 classes! Proud of this new pair for working so well together, especially for Emma’s first time ever in the jumper ring 💚

Saffron and Zalkyrie finished Reserve Champion in the .80s! ❤️💛❤️

Kristen and Mani Pedi put in lovely rounds in the .80s, taking home ribbons in all 3 classes 💅🏼

Noor and Dangnabbit put in good rides in the Beginner Hunters, this team is learning more and more with every outing and continuing to grow together 🧡

Megan and Linkous T worked on their technique in the 1.10m jumpers, putting in 3 clear rounds to finish 1st, 2nd, 1st and Grand Champion for the day 💙💛❤️

Anna Rocks absolutely rocked her first ever horse trials at ! Although there were of course some green moments to work through, she took in the new environment like a natural and really tried her heart out in all three phases. She ended up in 6th place, after some faults added to her dressage score of 35. After just one cross country school, we couldn’t be happier with this outstanding mare! Looking forward to our next outing in a couple week’s time 🤭

No, he does not do the fandango 🕺🏽

Mouche is a chonk of a 7 year old, 16.1h gelding. He had a very successful racing career as a graded stakes winner, with 30 starts and nearly $500,000 in career earnings. One of his most notable wins was the Gallant Bob Stakes in 2022.

Mouche retired sound with no previous injuries. Ready to leave his racing career behind, he has had some time off and is ready to begin his retraining in any direction (can go English or Western)! He is already proving to be a solid citizen and super ammy friendly. The kind of guy you can pull out of the field and hop on with no concerns. He never has a toe out of line! No spook, no bad habits or vices, can live out or be stabled, and is not buddy sour.

and Anna Rocks had a great go around the jumper course, for Anna’s first off property experience!

aboard OTE’s Mani Pedi showed that their hard work over the winter has been paying off in the jumper ring 🩵

Morgan also rode Mani Pedi in the Hunter ring, preparing for their Thoroughbred Hunter debut! 💅🏼

had a confidence building ride on Cali, working through the jumper course with ease 💛

schooled Dorothy around the jumper course as well, it was awesome to see these two enjoying themselves! 💜

and her young horse Goose had a perfect comeback ride, continuing to build confidence with one another 💞

and her young horse Sterling also had their first off-property experience, showing off what a well behaved 4 year old he is 🩶

and her own horse Danny rode through some amazing courses in the Hunter ring 🧡

Lindsay and her horse Draco also came out to school the rings, where Draco stayed calm and focused in a busy atmosphere 💚

Everyone who came out with their horses had successful rides, great job everyone 💙 Looking forward to the first show of the season!
