Quest Basketball is a training and development program for children ages 9 years an up. Our players enjoy Quest training for fun as well as to develop skills for their junior varsity, varsity and AAU teams. We focus on the player on and off the court.

Who is Coach Mike?
🇺🇸Coach Mike is a U.S. Army combat veteran and Bronze Star recipient, and a retired educator who has spent over 30 years coaching and training basketball.
1️⃣However, he will tell you, without hesitation, that he is a father FIRST. Being a father shapes everything he does. The children in this program are not just players, and he is not just their coach. He shows up in their lives to make a positive, lasting impact on and off the court.
Experience matters, but character matters more. Coach Mike is a man of integrity. You won’t hear him cursing at players. He leads with respect, patience, and consistency. He takes seriously the responsibility of being an example of good character, on and off the court.
At Quest, it has always been about more than basketball. It is about discipline, confidence, structure, and belief. Coach Mike brings elite-level training to the Tampa Bay area, but what truly sets him apart is the heart he brings to what he calls his ministry. He coaches the whole child, not just the athlete.
