Short answer: No ❌

Too little? And we struggle to hit our PRs. 💪🏼

❌Losing weight doesn’t have to feel like all or nothing…❌
💜My client has already seen visible results after just 16 weeks. We’ve created a structure plan that allows for REAL LIFE. Meaning going out to birthdays, girls’ dinners, family weekends, travel, and a bachelorette trip.
💜How? Early on, we adjusted her carbs to create a bigger deficit before social weekends, while also addressing digestion and constipation by increasing fiber. Once fiber improved, her weight dropped significantly, showing that digestion and consistency were BIGGER limiting factors than fat loss itself.
💜 Cravings have decreased, food knowledge increased, and she successfully has navigated social outings for the first time while staying aligned with her goals.
💜Throughout the process, we focused heavily on non-scale victories, body composition changes, and consistency over perfection.

One of the biggest misconceptions in bodybuilding is that your “best” physique only happens in prep.
But sometimes…your best physique comes after.
After the pressure.
After the restriction.
After the all-gas-no-brakes mindset.
Not every season needs to be push mode.
Sometimes your best growth happens when you slow down enough to listen. 🤍

💜 Consistency is built through realistic routines you can return to..💜
I find motivation to be consistent for myself to be difficult sometimes. And it wasn’t until I learned that simplifying and expecting humanity in myself is what I needed to STAY consistent.

First-time competitor who absolutely KILLED 🔥…
