I’ve been searching for a good deal on the CZ 75 for quite awhile. A local shop got a huge shipment in recently with an amazing sale price so I had to jump on one 😁. The one thing I had to replace were the grips. It looks like alot of CZ’s come with large rubber grips with palm swells (see pics). I found some Cool Hand grips on Amazon for about $25. I’m a huge believer that your firearm needs to properly fit your hand. In this case the new grips were amazing.

The G***k 19 v G***k 45
In essence, my G19 with G***k 17 mag & sleeve is the same as my G45. A common misconception I run into with people is that the G45 is a .45 ACP which it is not. It is basically a G19 9mm with a G17 frame. The nice thing about the G45 is that not only is the slide the same as the G19, it also fits the G19 holsters (both duty ones and concealed carry).

Weighing in at 23oz with a 3.67" barrel, the M&P Shield EZ in 9mm delivered impressive performance. Accuracy and handling were superb.

In 2023, Americans purchased approximately 1.4 million fi****ms per month. A recent study states that only about 61% of gun owners have received any type of formal fi****ms training. Of course I believe that number can vary from study to study.
Many states now have “permitless” or “constitutional carry” meaning unless otherwise prohibited, persons can now carry a firearm with little or no training.
I strongly support persons receiving some type of training prior to getting a firearm for self defense / home defense use.

Today at the range I reviewed how various sizes and types of fi****ms function differently in the students hands. I’ve always taught that the firearm you choose should be the best fit for your needs. After trying several types, my student found that a lightweight J-frame revolver worked best for her.
