How do you guys stay on top of making sure you check your voicemail, text messages, email, Facebook comments/messages, Instagram comments/messages, tik tik comments/ messages? I'm finding more and more I'm missing messages and I'm not doing it on purpose. Is there a better way? I'm super overwhelmed with the amounts of messages I'm missing. I have to say this though I have a website that has all my information on it. Please read it please utilize it if you're interested in my classes, need a performance need a hula hoop. See bio website because Facebook will only let you post one link a month.

The moon ❤️🌕 Monday night the connectivity to my hoops was unreal. I did moves last night that I will never do again cuz I don't even remember what I did and I was so connected to the music by EYEawake and it felt so freaking good. We haven't been to Movement Monday St. Pete in a hot minute. This is a sober event/family friendly and it recharges your soul like nothing else. Thank you Maria Toscano | UGC Creator Angela Presnell ZiVA🌸 for doing an amazing job. What you do for the community is so appreciated!! I hope you know that. 🙏❤️

So great dancing with you Erin Savannah Neal & Stacey! I hit such a high state of flow last night it was incredible.

Thanks for catching me in my zone babe Dennis J C . ❤️🌈

Happy 14th birthday Dragon Hooper. 🎂 I have taught at least 728 classes at Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Brandon since 10-2012 just on Saturday morning with only canceling classes for sickness and vacation. We have had this Saturday morning class 9:00 a.m. for 14 years. Super proud of that. 14% off of custom hoops yoga wheels, shirts and private lessons for new students in person and virtual. Sale ending next Sunday. Thank you for everyone's support.

Thanks for having me today Donna Terrell. 🍂🍁
