Dragon Hooper

I have been teaching since September 2012 and one of my biggest nightmares is showing up to a gig, performance or a lesson without hoops. I did it today for the first time ever. Halfway on my trip to my students house that I've been to a decent amount of times, I was like oh my gosh I have no hula hoops in my car. Luckily she was okay with it and we used some of her hoops, but my silly nightmare finally came true and I know that sounds dumb. 🤣

Volume up 🔉We had such a great turnout to virtual yoga wheel today. I dedicated the class to our baby girl Khaleesi because she has been attending the virtual class for as long as I can remember. She's always present, she's always snoring but she's there. She watches me get my yoga mat out along with my yoga wheel and she gets herself in her dome chair, gets nice and cozy and sleeps the whole way through. Gosh I miss her, but teaching helped. If you don't know we lost our soul dog on Friday, our best friend, my business partner, our everything. It has been honestly one of the most brutal things I've ever gone through but movement is helping.✨🙏🏽🪽
