This is over due news that all my current clients have been made aware of but I want to formally announce to anyone that follows this page or anyone I have worked with in the past. In September I closed down Next Level Fitness and took a job with UMMC as the fitness specialist and trainer for the University Wellness Center on Lakeland Drive. This has been a very busy 6 weeks as I have transitioned into this job. It has been a great opportunity for me to reach more people and to expand on my knowledge and experience. I thourougly enjoy working with everyone that I worked with over the last 5 years at Next Level Fitness. Many of you have continued to work with me here at University Wellness Center and I am thankful for you loyal committment. I am still taking personal training clients and have many options here from boot camps to small groups to one of one training.
