Lots of hard work.

When I started teaching I was SOOO weak.
But it was one of the sources of income I could do and I love fitness so I threw myself in there.

Was open and honest about my journey. I would have many members tell me they could see my changes etc.

Through 6 kids, breastfed each one and able to lose weight and maintain that, its work, discipline and dedication.

Every les mills instructor can possibly relate. Either complete silence or jammimg out to your non les mills music. The cramming is over, we can breathe 😂
