A retired U.S. Army Colonel with 28 years of distinguished military service, Deidre brings a passion for strength, discipline, and wellness into every class she teaches. After beginning her Pilates journey following retirement, she quickly discovered a love for helping others build core strength, improve stability, prevent injuries, and enhance overall readiness for everyday life. With an inspiring background in leadership and service, Deidre creates a supportive and motivating environment for clients of all fitness levels. We are excited to have her as part of our team and can’t wait for you to experience her classes!
