Today was a reminder of what F3 is truly about.

I traveled to recently F3 Spring Hill to support the F3 community as we honored and said goodbye to a fellow member—a true High Impact Man, great friend, and valued member of the F3 family and community. His life and the legacy he leaves behind made a lasting impact on so many men.

While there, I had the honor of leading 20 men on a run. As we ran, we talked about legacy—not just the legacy of the man we were honoring, but also the legacy each of us wants to leave behind.

What are we building? Who are we impacting? What will people remember about us when we are gone?

The bonds F3 helps build through Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith are strong. They go far beyond a workout. They create friendships, accountability, support, and a brotherhood that shows up when it matters most.

This is why I am a part of F3.

And this is why I will continue to lead men, build relationships, and help create something amazing in the Brandon community. My hope is that together, we can become better men, support one another, and leave a legacy that impacts generations to come.

What a way to celebrate the 4th of July! 🇺🇸

This morning marked two milestones for F3 Brandon—our very first Independence Day workout and our first-ever 2.0 workout. We were blown away by the turnout, with 17 total participants, including 3 men attending their very first F3 workout.

We kicked things off with 30 minutes of fitness before transitioning into 30 minutes of soccer in the hockey rink, where the dads took on the sons (and let’s just say the younger generation brought plenty of energy!). We wrapped up the morning the best way possible—with coffee, doughnuts, and great conversation.

More than anything, today was about showing our sons and grandsons what it looks like to lead by example through Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. These are the moments that build stronger men, stronger families, and a stronger community.

If you’ve been thinking about giving F3 a try, we’d love to have you join us. Our workouts are always free, open to all men regardless of fitness level, and there’s never any obligation—just show up.

Bring your son, grandson, nephew, or another young man in your life for a morning of Fitness, Fellowship, and Fun. This free, family-friendly workout is designed for all fitness levels and is a great opportunity to build memories while starting the holiday with purpose.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandfathers, father figures, and mentors who lead by example every day.

In F3, we talk about being High Impact Men—men who strive to be better leaders, husbands, fathers, friends, and members of our community. Fatherhood is one of the greatest opportunities we have to make a lasting impact on the next generation.

Today, we celebrate the men who show up, put others before themselves, and lead with strength, humility, and love. Thank you for the example you set both at home and in the world around you.

This Memorial Day, F3 Brandon invites all regions to join us for “Murph” — the Hero WOD honoring LT Michael P. Murphy, Navy SEAL, who gave his life serving our country in Afghanistan.

Murph is more than a workout. It’s a moment to remember sacrifice, embrace challenge, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder in brotherhood.

In the military, no man fights alone. That same spirit lives in the F3 ethos:
“Leave no man as you found him.”

Come put in meaningful work alongside men from across the region as we honor a fallen hero the best way we know how — together.

In F3 we talk a lot about the importance of an “M” — the woman who stands beside a man through the highs, lows, victories, struggles, and growth. A strong man is rarely built alone. Behind many men is an incredible woman encouraging him, supporting him, challenging him, and helping him become better every day.

Today on Mother’s Day, we celebrate not only our wives and Ms, but also the mothers who raised us, shaped us, sacrificed for us, and taught us what love, strength, and leadership truly look like.

To all the moms, wives, grandmothers, and mother figures — thank you for everything you do that often goes unseen. Your impact reaches farther than you know.

F3 Brandon officially kicked off a new AO Dragon’s Breath tonight. It was cold, but the strength workout warmed us up quickly. Great work from all PAX that showed up, and it is great to have the only night workout in the area.
