Trying to lose weight? Be sure to do this one thing. One big problem people have as a lose weight is there metabolism slows down to try to compensate for the reduced calories. You can combat this by taking one day a week to eat a little bit more so your body doesn’t get in rut. You don’t want to consume fat, your body will just store that as fat. You want to eat some extra carbohydrates ( sugary stuff is ok ) to help replace the glycogen that is depleted in your body.
