Terry & JoAnne Vacation Condo Rental

Happy New Year. As we enter the new year of 2022, and you may not be thinking of your vacation yet, but I will let you know, when it comes to getting a place you want and the area is one that is popular like ours is, you need to plan and go ahead and make a reservation. So, put this on your new year resolution to make your travel plans yearly. Happy new year.

We have had a good year after all the Covid threat clamed and travelers started coming into town once again. Had reservations going all year and even have some started for next year. We have gained Super host level with Airbnb. We thank all who has posted how they liked our condo. Looking forward to another great year.

Branon is having it's usual fall weather with mild temps with some rain now and then. The foliage is just now turning. We seem to be later than other regions. Our condo has had a good year as everyone is out traveling once again. We are getting reservations for next year. Recommend if your planing on visiting our area, you get your reservations in also. Have a great rest of your year.

What a summer. Our condo was filled every day of July. Looks like August is going to be filled as well. A good year, but a busy one. Have upgraded the stove due to the oven going out of the other one. We have some openings in December yet, so if you want to see our Christmas lights throughout our community, get your reservations in now. We've gotten several guests who booked with us for next year while they were here.

Our reservations are coming in. As predicted folks are getting out and traveling once again after our terrible past year. We've already gotten June booked. July is almost there. But we have several coming in later on in the year. So anyone planning on coming to Branson, book now. Also, take a look at all the news activities to visit. Everyone is getting out now to travel, so we have started to have reservations coming in. Looks like it's going to be a full year off guests.

We just had an opening come up for Dec. 11th through Dec.20th. Anyone interested in coming to Branson on these dates, it's up for grabs.

update: Due to no doings on our own, we have just gotten word on some cost increases which will affect us for next year. So, due to these costs, we will be forced to increase our rental cost. Sorry, but we have fought hard to keep our rental low and we are still lower than some rentals in our area. Any questions, just PM me on this site. Thanks for understanding.

I have to report, due to the Covid-19 we are having a good year considering all. Yes, masks need to be brought with you to visit around town, but we all know it's for our own protection that we follow these rules. We are following all the cleaning suggestion to help protect you during your visit. We are getting booked up, so if you would like to come, make your plans quick. Branson is now back open. Now all is going such as our swimming pools due to getting life guards ready. But other businesses are open. Get ready for your summer fun.
