Youth Sports start next week!

Need childcare while you work out?
We offer infant care for children ages 3 months and up, so you can focus on your fitness with peace of mind. Infant care is available 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM during facility hours, providing a safe and welcoming space for your little ones while you stay active.

Bite of Reality is back!

Give your teen the chance to learn real-world money skills in a fun and interactive way. Teens ages 13–17 will learn about budgeting, managing expenses, and understanding the difference between wants and needs through hands-on activities and real-life scenarios.

Last Wednesday and Thursday, our Tiny Tots celebrated their graduation with a very special morning. The children shared what they hope to be when they grow up, from teachers and police officers to grandmas and even Spiderman. They also performed a few songs for their families, making the celebration both sweet and memorable. We loved hearing their big dreams and celebrating this exciting milestone with our Tiny Tots families.

Join us for a FREE Toddler and Parent Yoga session, proudly offered as part of the City of Brea Health & Wellness Expo on May 23.

This is more than just a yoga class. It is a developmentally based, interactive experience designed by a yoga therapist with a background in pediatric PT. Together, we will explore:

Playful Movement: Poses, games, and music to build balance and coordination.

Sensory Play: Challenges that celebrate both high-energy action and mindful, quiet moments.

Expert Guidance: Support for your child's milestones while you get a gentle to moderate workout.
