Our first tournament for the Fall Season and we had a small but mighty group of competitors. Most of our sparring athletes were competing for their first time!

Great job to all of our students and thank you as always to the parents for your support throughout. We are so proud of you!

Some journeys can’t be measured by medals alone.

Last week, 6 athletes stepped onto the national stage. They faced pressure, nerves, challenges, victories, and moments that will stay with them long after the tournament is said and done. On our journey we even managed to earn 3 silver medals! 🥈🥈🥈

While we are excited about the medals, we’re even more proud of the courage, discipline, and perseverance every athlete showed on the competition floor. Competing at a national level takes countless hours of training, sacrifice, and the willingness to challenge yourself against the very best. Nationals isn’t just about standing on the podium. It’s about discovering what you’re capable of when you choose courage over comfort and growth over fear.

Thank you to our athletes for trusting the process, our families for their unwavering support, and everyone who cheered us on throughout this season. Every match, every performance, and every lesson has made us stronger.

We celebrate everyone’s effort and accomplishments, learn from every experience, and return home more motivated than we’ve ever been.

After 12 long years, we have finally reached the day where we celebrate the bittersweet moment of Ms. Shweta’s conclusion of her Taekwondo journey. The kids had so much fun during her last day at both Brea and Anaheim Hills.

Shoutout to *future* Dr. Shweta for being 12 years Team Kwon strong and even earning her third degree black belt. She has done an outstanding job over the years not only as an instructor, but also as a member of the Team Kwon family, and therefore will continue to leave her mark on Team Kwon as the very first JKN Alumni president. Thank you to all of the students and parents who have been with her throughout her journey and made her last week a special one.

We are so proud of you ma’am, good luck on your journey at med school, we can’t wait to see the amazing things you’ll accomplish next! 🥼🩺
