🙏 Thank you all who attended our Nutrition Seminar this morning hosted by our very own Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Performance Coach, Angie Monterroso of Nufitcare and sponsored samples provided by our meal prep company

Who’s ready for “Murph” on Monday!?

Even if you’re not a CrossFitter, I think it’s always a great experience to participate in this workout once a year. Besides the fact that’s it’s a really hard workout, it gives you such an appreciation and respect for the ones who serve for us on a daily basis. For about 1 hour you will be wearing about 1/3 of the weight that the average soldier wears for most of the day. You will also be performing reps that are another fraction of a much larger number that is required to be where they are now. Small dues to pay for the amazing lives we get to live in the best country on earth.

* All While wearing a 20lb vest*

Do a little research on the workout and see more reasons why it’s such a big deal. For first timers I recommend cutting those numbers in half.
