Everyone wants to know what happens in the gym. Very few pay attention to what happens outside of it.
The workout is the stimulus. The adaptation happens elsewhere.
In the meals you eat. The sleep you prioritize. The standards you hold when no one is watching. The decisions you make when motivation is gone.
Peak performance isn’t built through isolated acts of intensity. It’s built through consistent acts of alignment.
An hour in the gym can make you tired.
The other 23 hours determine whether you get stronger, leaner, healthier, and more capable.
That’s where the real work is.

Everyone wants a better body.
More muscle. Less body fat. More energy. More confidence.. But very few are willing to eat for it.
They train hard.
Then guess their portions.
Skip protein.
Eat based on convenience instead of goals.
And wonder why nothing changes.
Your body reflects what you consistently do, not what you occasionally want.
The people who transform their bodies aren’t perfect.
They just stop negotiating with the habits that are holding them back… Because results aren’t built by workouts alone.
They’re built meal by meal. Choice by choice. Day by day.

Most people study everything except themselves.
Because self awareness requires honesty, and honesty can be uncomfortable.
But the things you discover about yourself aren’t meant to hold you back, they’re opportunities to grow.
You can’t change what you’re unwilling to see.

Squats are important to not only do regularly but get it right.
Most people just drop and lack the control and awareness throughout the movement.
Hit the key points:
- Feet just outside your hips, toes turned slightly out.
- send your hips back and down towards your heels
- balance with your arms forward or use a weight for counter balance
- full depth means more strength. Don’t half way your reps
This goblet variation is great to learn about where to balance your weight and get great awareness of core and mechanics on the way down.
When you get this right. You will be able to build much better capacity in your legs and better functionality overall.
