This year at LTDS, we’re learning to ADAPT — in our dancing and in our everyday lives.

In the studio, we’re working on flexibility in our bodies — stretching farther, becoming stronger, and pushing ourselves beyond what we could do yesterday.

But flexibility isn’t just physical.

Things don’t always go as planned. Choreography changes. Schedules change. We make mistakes. We get frustrated. Life throws things at us that we weren’t expecting.

ADAPT means learning to adjust, keep going, and make the best of what’s in front of us.

This season, we want our dancers to become more flexible in their bodies and their minds — because both will make them stronger dancers and stronger people.
