Offering up some options for parents while their young athletes are training, join a class or workout on your own. Both great options to get fit while your kids are doing the same!
Our Youth Athletics Classes are still running Monday-Thursday at 6:15 each night along with a Saturday morning class for those interested. We offer unlimited memberships along with drop-in rates per class.
We also offer personalized coaching for athletes looking for training but can't make the class time that can be completed at the gym on your own schedule. Reachout with any questions your wanting answers to, or drop in and check out a class and the facility!
