Our passion is helping others realize their full potential and achievements within their fitness goals and to do so exceedingly. And we make it our priority to help anyone and everyone we can live a healthier life. But most importantly, we understand that our clients love being encouraged by one another. From student to intern to leader 💪

As part of Salem Christian School’s Exploratory Program, Iliana spent her summer interning with 1COR6:19 FITNESS.

During the school year, Iliana trained with the Salem group at 1COR. Her determination, drive, and consistency stood out. During her summer internship, she trained three times a week, never missing a session, and finished by creating and leading her own workout.

We’re proud of the work she put in and the growth she showed throughout the summer. 💪

Keep pushing, Iliana! We’re excited to see what’s ahead for you. 🙌

Today, we remember.

September 11 reminds us how quickly life can change, and how deeply one moment can impact generations.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families who were left behind, and the courage shown in the midst of unimaginable loss.

We pray for continued comfort for those who still carry the weight of that day and give thanks for those who stepped forward to serve others.
